Sheryl Turse

Originally from Northeastern Pennsylvania, Sheryl has played and coached adult rugby since 1983. She first discovered CrossFit in 2011 when her players began returning for season practice in the best shape of their lives after an off-season CrossFit conditioning program. She searched for a box here in Bowling Green and discovered CrossFit Old School. She loved the inclusive nature of the coaching staff, community, and the program itself. Within a year Sheryl attained her Level One.

Sheryl is passionate about applying the knowledge she has gained from the CrossFit Mobility and Scaling courses to help all members achieve the intent of the WOD while maintaining the intensity level appropriate to their goals.

Recognizing that goals and life situations change, she wants members to know that CrossFit is ultimately scalable. Life has stages, and our program is adaptable to where you are today!
