At CrossFit Old School, our memberships revolve around the CrossFit methodology, focused on diverse workouts to enhance strength and conditioning. We aim to develop well-rounded fitness rather than specialization. Our program offers daily unique workouts targeting different aspects of strength and conditioning. In our hour-long classes, you’ll experience warm-up, mobility, the main workout, and cool-down, creating a supportive environment for your fitness journey, with workouts typically lasting 20 minutes.
