I joined CrossFit Old School as a member in April of 2010 and became a coach in 2011. I could probably talk endlessly about my experiences with CrossFit, but I don’t want to bore you.

To make a long story short, here’s what YOU need to do. Seriously, just come try it out.

We all know what you’re thinking, feeling, but try to really sit back; listen & try to get rid of any stigma or predisposition you might have about CrossFit.

Here are the facts: We have every age in our gym ranging from 4 to 83. Yep, that’s right. So if you’re thinking “I can’t do that stuff,” you’re making excuses.

Another fact: CF will improve everything, and I do mean everything about you, such as physique; mental stability; a better athlete all around; your ability to move better; lower blood pressure; acts as an agent to reduce or eliminate medications of various degrees.

Another fact: We have years of knowledge here at CrossFit Old School, to train you, to rehabilitate you, to motivate you, all powered by the simple phrase: We care.

Last fact: This is NOT just a gym; it’s FAMILY.
