For me, Crossfit is a “lifestyle” that has positively improved the quality of my life.

I started CrossFit in 2013 because I was bored going to a typical gym and I was immediately hooked!

Not only were the workouts fun and challenging, but the people were so friendly. There was no judgment, only encouragement and good instruction. There were people of various fitness levels, ages, shapes, and sizes, all laughing, giving high fives, and all struggling together to be the best version of themselves they can be.

I love to hear about members’ personal records, whether it be a lift or new skill. But, I love even more when people share weight losses, being able to stop or reduce medications, or just becoming more confident in their daily lives.
