CrossFit Kids Summer Camp

CrossFit Kids Camp was designed in an effort to create good exercise and nutritional habits in our children at a young age. CrossFit is about moving, good posture and position, being intense, working hard and all the while, having fun.

We know that children have specific developmental needs and have tailored our program to help them develop an athletic base while developing a lifelong love of fitness. Children participate in fun and engaging workouts in a group setting that prepare them for life, just like mom and dad’s CrossFit program.

At CrossFit Kids Camp, your kids will be running, jumping, pulling, pushing, crawling, swinging, tumbling and so much more. It’s our goal to show them that exercise can be fun and rewarding!

All kids will arrive at CrossFit Old School between 7:15 and 7:45 a.m.; pick-up time is between 11:45 and noon. Kids should come in workout clothes. Parents, please be prepared to sign a waiver on the first day.
