CrossFit Endurance is a sports training program dedicated to improving performance in endurance sports, without a large volume of repetitive training.
Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, and creating a more sustainable performance curve. We focus on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while increasing intensity.

The total cost for the 4-month CF Endurance Training Program is $129. This program offers programming specifically for many different types of endurance events. You will receive weekly coach feedback.
