Programs

CrossFit Old School offers several programs to help you reach your full potential. However, all of our programs utilize the basic CrossFit methodology to build strength and conditioning through constantly varied and challenging workouts. The goal at CrossFit Old School is to not specialize in one particular thing, but rather to build your body so that it is capable of doing anything.

When you join, you will also become part of a tight knit community of individuals. To us, you are not just a membership payment. You are someone we want to help improve and reach their fitness goals. Camaraderie will be found not only with your instructors, but with your classmates as well. Since you complete workouts in a group setting, you will quickly make friends as you encourage and support one another.

CROSSFIT PROGRAM

The CrossFit program is our most popular training program and helps build strength and conditioning through constantly varied and challenging workouts. Each day you will receive a unique workout designed to test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning.

Workouts are usually a combination of cardio, weightlifting, and gymnastic movements. Each is designed with scaling in mind, so members can adjust the weight or number of repetitions to match their current fitness level.

Workouts are performed in a group setting and usually take 20 minutes to fully complete. However, the entire class is 1 hour and consists of a “buy-in” (warm-up), mobility, the workout, and then a “cash-out” (cool-down).

CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a strength and conditioning program designed specifically for kids aged 3-9. We know that children have specific developmental needs and have tailored our program to help them develop an athletic base while developing a lifelong love of fitness. Children participate in fun and engaging workouts in a group setting that prepare them for life, just like mom and dad’s CrossFit program.

We have two sessions of CrossFit Kids classes every Saturday morning (barring special events). Our first session is designed for ages 3-5 from 9:30 to 10 a.m. Our second session is designed for ages 6-9 from 10 to 11 a.m. The cost is only $10/child per visit and does not require a contract.

ENDURANCE

CrossFit Endurance is a sports training program dedicated to improving performance in endurance sports, without a large volume of repetitive training.

Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while decreasing recovery time, reducing injury, and creating a more sustainable performance curve. We focus on eliminating unnecessary volume of training while increasing intensity.

Make no mistake, our program is not easy. However, we believe our program will help maximize you as an athlete and elevate your fitness. Don’t be scared!
