$165 - The price includes your first month of membership, with 18 training sessions, and is mandatory for each member of CrossFit Old School. We will introduce you to the fundamental elements of CrossFit training and the general CrossFit methodology. You will learn proper form and technique of 9 foundational movements and allow your body to gradually adapt to the intensity of CrossFit. Protocol includes coaching, functional movements, introduction to intensity, progression steps, nutrition for fitness, goal setting/achieving, and will prepare anyone for regular CrossFit training. This course is the most effective and economical way of diving into daily WOD's in our group setting or on an individual basis in the shortest possible time frame. Each session consists of warm-up, recap of skills learned, new skill learned, and a CrossFit workout followed by a cool down.
