4 rds + 2 rope climbsI HATE runinng, I HATE runinng. The wallballs gassed me out by the time I ran. I could have ran faster but I ended up pacing myself so I would have legs left for the rope climbs. Caught the 20# ball on my chin more than once, NO BUENO. Great job 930 class. Stuck around for the open gym and worked on my muscle-ups. Stringing 7 in a row. Goal is 10. Thanks Jake for the coaching tips on the muscle-ups. I will take the tips from the CFO coaches and take those with me and utilize them at work.Cheered on Cynthia as she did her WOD at 1030. GREAT job Cynthia.
